Graham
Baxter resides in the United Kingdom and is an electronics engineer,
BSc (Hons) and MSc. He is a chartered mechanical engineer, a chartered electrical engineer (CEng) and a European
Engineer (Eur Ing), as well as a corporate member of the IMechE (MIMechE) and the IEE (MIEE). Since
1980 he has been actively involved in a variety of hardware and
software design projects. He has also been a senior lecturer in electronics.
Recent
projects include creation and definition of GPS frequency standard
control software as well as a watch escapement analyzer and a gear wheel design program.
He is also interested in software signal processing and has authored a software defined radio package.
Graham is the electronic designer of a range of ultrasonic cleaners.
He is an enthusiastic restorer of classic radio and test equipment with a special interest in the R390A receiver.
Graham
has a long-time interest in horology, has worked and studied as a watch repairer, and as a result has acquired
a specialist knowledge of watch timing and timing machines. His solutions can help you
